Shipping
Goldeluxe jewelry is handmade to order. Once your payment is processed, your order will ship within approximately 1-3 weeks depending on stock levels. You will be notified if there are any changes. Please view the "Ready to Ship" section for jewelry available ASAP!
Shipping within the United States:
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and will arrive in about 2-6 days.
Shipping International:
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail with insurance. Packages usually take about two weeks to arrive, but can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs. We cannot be held responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS stated delivery time, and First Class International shipments cannot always be tracked once they leave our studio. If you are concerned about tracking, please contact us prior to purchasing to make other shipping arrangements. Please be aware of all customs fees, duties and taxes required by your country when importing jewelry. Goldeluxe cannot be held responsible for any import fees.
Wholesale Shipping
Please write us via the "Contact" page or contact Libby at goldeluxejewelry@gmail.com to make a wholesale order - shipping charges will be discussed when making the order. For international wholesale orders, please be aware of all customs fees, duties and taxes required by your country when importing jewelry. Goldeluxe cannot be held responsible for any import fees. If you have any other information pertinent to importing jewelry into your country, please let us know - it is not possible for Goldeluxe to know all the customs rules for every country. Thank you!

Gifts
All orders are shipped in a gift box. If your order is a gift and you would like to enclose a note please contact Libby at goldeluxejewelry@gmail.com.
Returns / Exchanges
We want our customers happy! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Libby at goldeluxejewelry@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your package to initiate the exchange or return.
We love providing free shipping for all US orders. However, as a small business, it gets expensive when returns and exchanges come into play. Please note that Goldeluxe is not able to cover any return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the cost of shipping paid to initially ship it to you. We unfortunately cannot cover shipping for a try-on. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Repairs
If an item is damaged or broken within the first 90 days of your purchase, we are happy to repair it at no cost, provided it has been subjected to normal wear and tear.
Like a car, jewelry requires maintenance from time to time to keep it in its best shape. If after extended wear you would like your jewelry repaired or refurbished, please email Libby at goldeluxejewelry@gmail.com to discuss the fee. The repair fee is based on the extent of the repair and starts at $25 plus shipping. The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
Lost Earrings
If you have lost one of your earrings, please contact Libby at goldeluxejewelry@gmail.com - we will do our best to make your earring a new mate! The cost for a single earring is half the price of a pair of earrings plus shipping.
